A TRIBUTE TO LATE, LT GEN NEEL RATTAN  KHANNA, PVSM

     Lt Gen Neel Rattan Khanna, one of the original resident of Ram Vihar (d-615) left for his heavenly abode on the 19th November 2021, after a brief hospitalisation of 6 days in Kailash Hospital. He has been the elderly figure of the residents, much concerned about every one and liked by all.

CHAUTHA AND UTHIALA CEREMONY.

1.    The prayer meeting for the departed soul was held in the Arya Samaj Mandir in Sector-29 on the 4th day on the 22 Nov and was attended by large number of of near and dear ones of Gen Khanna.

1.     An Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) of members of Ram Vihar Apartments Owners Welfare Society was held on a virtual platform in Ram Vihar, Sector 30, Noida from 1700 hrs onwards, on Sunday 30 May 2021; consequent to a notice issued by the Board of Management (BOM) on 08 May 2021.

 

2.    44 members attended the meeting. Attendance was checked, physically recorded and quorum declared complete by the Secretary,  Col Krishan Kant, F-224.

1. Next year IN 2020 we complete 25 yrs of existence of Ram Vihar. We came from all over the country and decided to make it as our HOME. The BoM have rightly come out with the plan starting Diwali 2019 to celebrate the Silver Jubilee in a Grand fashion.
2.  We have had already grand lighting up of our complex during Diwali which will continue till the New Year.3. A musical evening was organised on the 6th of Oct 2019 which saw the maximum attendance of the residents.

LUCKNOW: Want to lead a healthy life and free your home from bacteria? Perform 'havan' at regular intervals.

A study carried out by a team of scientists at National Botanical Research Institute (NBRI) here has claimed that smoke emitted during havans reduces airborne bacteria to a large extent, minimising possibility of infectious diseases.

The Army must be allowed to bring militancy under control to a point where those professing it realise that the time has come to talk. Yes, people will die in the ensuing action, then so be it. Kashmir is Indian territory. If those owing allegiance to Pakistan's ISI continue to create instability, then they must face the music.

The situation in J&K is such that the Army is damned if it acts and damned if it does not. It needs the government's backing. AFP

A few days ago, a picture was posted on Facebook showing a young CRPF jawan lying on the ground being kicked by gloating hooligans who believe they have the right to treat our security forces as such, and are the answer to Kashmir's problems. That was for me a case of "enough is enough".

Major Nishchay Bhatia has been awarded the Gallantry  Award " SENA MEDAL on the Eve of the 68th Republic Day.
  His Citation reads as Under:-

1  .Maj Nishchay Bhatia posted in 18 Rashtriya Rifles  is Coy Cdr  in kupwara sector. On  receiving some information on intervening night of 22/23 June 2016 , he launched an operation to neutralize a group of hardcore foreign militants , and rushed  with his operation team to likely crossing area in thick jungles of kupwara.

These were approved during the AGM held on 22 May 16, are placed below on this site (Hamara Ramvihar (Ram Vihar Blog) at http://ram-vihar.blogspot.in)  These Bye Laws come into force wef  01 Jun 2016 till further review as resolved during the AGM held on 22 May 16.
Only limited copies have been printed for submission to various authorities and for reference by members. Individual copies can be supplied against firm demand & on payment of Rs 100, in advance.          

SALIENT CHANGES FROM PREVIOUS BYE LAWS

a) EC will now be known as Board of Management (BoM), as given in UP Apartment Act, 2010.
b) BoM will comprise of six elected members as against eight earlier. Two co-opted members can be in addition, as hither to fore.
c) Administrative instructions on subjects like security, accounts, parking etc have been de-linked from Byelaws.
d) New BoM will compile existing instructions and issue a separate Booklet on Society Rules.
e) An elaborate Chapter on Obligations of Apartment Owners has been included in Bye laws, 2016.
f) Matters relating to resignation/ removal of members of BoM & filling up vacancies in BoM have been refined.
g) Notice required for a requisitioned Special meeting of the General Body (SGBM) is now only seven days.

RAM VIHAR NOIDA - ELITE ADDRESS

RAMVIHAR IS AN AWHO COMPLEX IN NOIDA WHICH CAME UP IN 1995. THIS IS THE FIRST MULTI-STORIED COMPLEX IN NOIDA BUILT WITH MODERN FACILITIES.

As on date many original owners have moved out to other places as such we are a mixed family of Faujis and eminent personalities from allied civilian streams. The beauty of the complex is that we all live here like a a large joint family with due consideration to each other.

 1.   An Extraordinary General Body Meeting (EOGM) of members of Ram Vihar Apartments Owners Welfare Society was held at the Community Hall, Ram Vihar, Sector 30, Noida from 11.10 hours to 1335 hours, on Sunday 03 Apr 16; consequent to a notice issued by the Executive Committee (EC) on 10 Mar 16.It was adjourned, on request from members, to 10 Apr 16. Session on 10 Apr 16 was held from 1130 hours to 1330 hours. 27 members attended the meeting on 03 Apr 16 and 36 members attended on 10 Apr 16.

HISTORY OF DELHI

The meaning of the word Arya is Noble person. India was calledAryavrat, in ancient times. Swami Dayanand Sarswati  defined an Arya by specifying ten golden rules for him. A collective body of such people was called Arya Samaj by him. His ten rules are the guiding principles of Arya Samaj.
